Hks Turbo timer

Does anyone have the installation instructions for this, cause my TT directions are all in Japanese. Also how to use it once it's installed. I did a search but didn't come up with anything but things like "whats the best TT out there?"

its pretty simple...

grey wire taps into the blue(i believe) wire right at the base of the handbrake (have to remove the center console)

the other 2 wires tap into the ECU which is under the glovebox behind a plastic panel which comes right off. You might have to search a little more on which ECU wires to tap, but its fairly simple. I found the instructions on EvoM on the ECU tap and it came up. I cant recall exactly where. if u have a Evo harness its a lot easier and ur gonna have to remove your steering column which is done by using a long philips screwdriver under the column and you should see where to plug it in (basically whichever plug fits in your harness will be the one).

after that you put it all back together and test (leave the E-brake up or else the TT will shut the car off).

Its faily easy to use the TT once u get the hang of it. THe upper left button is what you use to switch between "modes",

the upper right button is to increase time and select between different settings

the lower right button is to decrease time and select between diff settings

the lower left button is kind of like a sub-menu button.

Just keep playing with it and you'll get used to it. If you have the Type-1 then thats the one i have. I rarely use it tho just after hard runs and to view my RPMs when my car starts idling funny.

to turn the TT off while its counting down, just put the E brake down, or simply press the upper left button and car shuts right off. I've never had a problem with it and it works fine for me.
