I finally figured out a way to fix my fluttering MR diverter valve. It doesn't work 100% of the time, but I had flutter even with the stock diverter valve. After doing various testing and adjustment, it stopped fluttering after I re-angled the tube going from the Upper IC tube to the Valve. Make sure that it isn't bending too far, make sure that it doesnt start to look kinked.
