Is anyone else getting frustrated about using vendors on this site that claim things are in stock and still take one or more weeks to ship your stuff out? I have been burned (in my mind) by both Evo8.com and Mach V Motorsports that claimed to have parts in stock and then took well over a week to get things shipped. Mach V actually took several weeks to ship brake pads, while Evo8 says that the problem was no zip code but then said "they found it" and could ship my order (of course I haven't seen any tracking numbers but I was charged for my parts).

This sucks and in case they don't know, isn't a very good way to generate repeat customers.

I have gone through the same problems as you mentioned. I am going to start ordering my parts over the phone to verify if it's in stock. The last one that really made me mad was ordering my cat back. I ordered it online and never got a ship or backorder notice, so I called a week after. They told me it would be on backorder for two weeks. Not a big deal. Four weeks later I called them back and the guy said he'd find out for me what is going on then call me back. A week later he still never called me back. So I just cancelled the order and they didn't seem to have a problem with it, luckily. Still waiting for my refund though.
