I would say it is almost too many sometimes, but the most of the time I like it. I get my good and bad attention though. You will some ricers, and than some cool guys in sweet cars (g35,z06,cobra,m3 etc).

Not many times here in Cleveland. I think people just don't know what it is. They think it is a rental car with a park bench sitting on the trunk.

 

I get mine here and there. I don't really pay attention.


I don't understand why the Z would get so many looks. I see those things a million times a day . Nice looking cars, but I see them just as much as I see Mustangs.

Ya there are alot of Z's... and not all of em get looks... but mine isnt stock looking so i get allot of looks.

sunday miEvo.net had a autox meet up at Central Michigan University, and afterwards a bunch of us went to Joe's house for a BBQ, so there were seven Evos, a 240sx, and an OZ rally all in a row driving slow through campus so we wouldn't get separated. We were coming to a stop, and a guy driving through the intersection looked over as a lot of motorists do when they're going through an intersection, and then he was like WTF? Then Joes neighbors must have been thinking, "I guess that wing IS stock"

I hate the negative attention of the Evo, especially when louder than stock. Driving slow through my neighborhood sometimes results in people yelling "SLOW DOWN"

 

i used to have a Mitsubishi RVR hypersports gear now that was a head turner!! not cos it looked good but it had the what the F**K ! factor, my evo gets a lot of looks now too but different kind of look to what the RVR got

 

Aren't you the same guy who was saying all exhausts get tested for DB in the United States and that you hoped the guys exhaust wasn't "yelling out torque"? Your sig says you have a 03 oz rally...not an evo! Hope you didn't mistakenly get an oz rally thinking you were getting an evo. And I agree; those probably were looks of horror at how you riced out the 300zx. Anyways; since I have the small wing on my car I don't get the ricers giving me thumbs up anymore

I get a lot of looks. More attention from Guys though.... Women don't seem to know what it is. But I do have to say that the women that do like have really liked it (2 weeks ago I had a girl in a durango sport write her number on a paper and pressed against the window and then mouth "I LOVE YOUR CAR"

Also some people think that I want to race them and I really just want to get home from work. Mitsu Eclipse, RSX, and even some civics pull up next to me wanting to race. Alot of times I just turn and laugh. Not to **** them off but just to tell them that I don't feel like getting a ticket.. LATER

 

Yep same reason for me...what annoys me is when ppl are like "did the buy the car for the girls?" (I even get that one at church lol) but I was like I assure you i've been following this car from the Evo I...and when our rally drivers at home starting importing them (from the Evo II) to drive man...nothing to do with the looks
