Want to remove wing

I read a thread here where someone removed the wing so he can carbon fiber the whole thing. I noticed in the pictures that you'll see holes on the trunk lid when you remove the wing. Well I want to remove my wing on my daily driver to get less attention and I think these cars look better without them. So do I have to get another trunk panel or does a body shop have to fill in the holes and repaint?

You fill the holes in and re-paint. I did this for $250 all in. Check the pic of my car in the link in my signature below... (This is before my car was lowered)...

local body shops wanted way too much to plug the holes for me and couldn't promise a good color match for white. I traded with an rs guy who wanted the wing and actually made a few bucks on the deal.
