I would certainly think so. If the best he could do was 12.9, that not much of an improvement from pure stock. I doubt he's got 370 whp.

ha,
look carefully,
the fact that he changed the front wheel looks to me it's very likely that the car has been in major accident, that he needs to replace the side carbon fiber too..
