I had the RMR 3 inch downpipe and my stock cat with my HKS Hi-Power exhaust. And the the tip of the muffler extended out past my bumper pretty nicely. Now I have the Helix 3 inch downpipe and the Helix 3 inch testpipe with the HKS exhaust and the tip of the muffler is not sticking out as far. I am guessing that it has to do with the lengths of the downpipes and the testpipe compared to the stock cat. If anyone has pictures of there muffler sticking out the back that would be great, I just want to compare them to mine. And if anyone has the Helix 3 inch downpipe with the Helix 3 inch testpipe with this exhaust let me know if your tip of your muffler shrunk.

You can adjust pretty much everything from the cat onward, maybe you just need to fiddle w/ the hangers.

OTOH it could be the pipe length differences as you noted.
