ok I got an air diversion panel on ebay and got it all painted up nice and pretty. i installed it today, but the 4 push button clips on the front of teh panel won't go back in. I broke 2 of them trying to get the pin seated! I think it is because of the thickness of the pane.

My question...has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it. I went to Lowes and Auto Zone to try to find longer ones, but there all smaller diameter.

yes....when i installed mine..the clips were a pain to put back in... you just have to shove harder ...
