I am looking to upgrade injectors/fuel pump with some other mods (intake, exhaust, cams, boost controller, etc.) I was wondering what can the stock ECU handle, would it even take into account the new fuel setup or do I have to go flash/piggyback/standalone for the ECU?

i would think you would need at least AFC or flash

 

You will need something to account for the larger injectors as the stock ECU is only programmed for the stock injectors.
