Is 22psi Ok?

I got a mbc and peaking 22psi of boost falling off about 1 psi or so is that ok on the motor or is it out of the turbos efficiency range? oh hate to sound dumb but 22psi is equal to 1.6 bar correct cause thats what my boost gauge reads

Dan,the owner of Harman Motive in Torr.Ca.,told me that his MR with a ECUTEC flash peaked @22psi tapering to 20 psi on 91 oct.He said that anything more would be unsafe but that it was perfectly reliable @22psi if tuned correctly. If anybody knows for sure please let me know because I have not done a flash yet but I'm interested.Anyones help would be appreciated.

I run 21 psi all day, no upgraded pump, I got sunoco 94 around here, but I stick with shell 93. I wouldnt run boost like that unless you got basic mods done too, and your tuned. You will barely feel a diff going from 20 to 21 or even 22, its not worth it for the extra psi to be worried.
