When does he every not lie??? I spent about 6 months dealing with that guy and luckly the bank he told me and my buddy to go through tipped us off. They said that several people had loans through them, but still didn't have their car. I was one of the lucky ones that got away at the last second.

There is an EVO VII here in Louisville, KY, but the only reason that this guy got one is because he is related to Adam (brother or cousin I cannot remember).

I just cannot believe that someone hasn't kicked the crap out of him yet. If he would have gotten $30k from me and I didn't get a car....well lets just say he would be crapping in a bag the rest of his life.

He has even tried to hit up the Acura community by selling RSX Type R's. My buddy (the same one mentioned above) made sure to inform everyone about Adam on clubRSX.com.

Yeah he is a liar. For 2 1/2 years, he has yet to tell me something truthful. Even the tiniest of gestures, like making himself available on the phone, he's unable to fulfill. Its actually comical to a point. He promised me that he would start paying me back in increments a few months back. Needless to say, this never happened. In one instance, he said he had sent me a check. I never got anything. He even had the f*ckin nerve to as me if I "cashed" the funds yet, as if he actually sent something....UNBELIEVABLE. He lies so much he believes the sh*t thats coming out of his mouth.

If you want, I have a few of his address where you can reach him. Such as his mom's house here in Louisville. If I were you I would be doing everything I could to get that money back. Granted you want to stay legal, but sometimes the line of legality needs to be pushed with people like him. Especailly since you cannot take hime to court since his business is based out of Nivia (not for sure on that spelling).

How much does he owe you?

The funny thing about him is that he lies so much that 90% it is a different lie then the one before.

The liar owes me 40K. 40K USD and he acts like it doesn't mean anything to him, like I don't work my *** off for that kind of money. I was one of his first customers, when he first started selling the Evo VII. I currently have a complaint filed with consumer fraud of Orange County, so I'll see how that goes. You notice no rebuttal from him, or celm on this matter? There is none. They have no explanation for their inability to pay back customers like myself. The liar has the money to bid on Skylines in Japanese auctions to "stock up" on them, but he doesn't have the money to even pay me in increments. F*ckin liar.

that's insane. if I paid someone 40k and he didn't deliver me the car, I'd want all my money back ASAP. Paying you back in increments is like a no interest cash loan. I wouldn't even be on the phone, I'd be at his house doing whatever needs to be done. Now, I don't know you mabad, but for me $40k is a loooooooot of money Definately try to get your money back as soon as possible, or you might not see it again ever.
Good luck and keep us informed !

For $40k I would be knocking down his door. Like I said, let me know if you want those addresses.
