I have been trying to find a detailed information about the fan controller replacement recall.

Can someone here indicate another source for this information?

 

There isn't much to know. They replace the one you have with a new one. I had mine done late last year. If you call your dealer with your vin number they will be able to determine if your car is one that requires this change.
