what should i do: car situation
heh just as i thought, it would narrow down to evo/supra. let me post MY pros and cons
supra:
pros
looks alot better than the evo(my opinion dont argue pls)
easier to do basic mods/bpu and get into mid-lower 12s
6 cylinder - rednecks cant call me a little 4 banger anymore, also sounds better
more of an exotic type look
cons
spending ~25k on a 7-12 year old car
" "" ~100k mile car
high maintainance + costs
evo
pros
would be cheaper than the supra(or roughly the same)
2003+ so it's aLOT newer
awd(i like having that on my car now)
comfortable ride w/ racing seats that come stock
cons
4 door
4 cylinder
looks more ricer-ish
not a supra
if that helps any, i dunno im still in the WTF stage. as for getting a 1g talon that someone said no thx, my 2g talon is alright, i ran a 14.2 with it, even as an auto. i still could keep my car and save up more, but im not dying to do this. thanks for everyone who posted, and anyone who wants to post their 2 cents.

woah there. Is300 is FULL of potential. Those cars boosted are as amazing as supras and what not. Their 2jz engine are basically the 4g63 of the i6 world. I'd get an evo still.
Sounds as if you like to drag, so the supra might be a good choice for you. But here's something to consider... I think in your situation it comes down to this - If money is not an issue for you (like you're willing to pay big $ and continue to pay big $) then get the Supra. You WILL be happy with it. But if money is an issue and you need something to carry you day-to-day (with a lot a lot of fun inbetween) then the Evo is a better choice. GL !
If I were you I would keep what you have for a few more years, save, and buy a NEW car. It just doesnt seem to make much sence to spend all that money on a car with 100,000+ miles (although I do think Supras are cool). You are young, just keep saving.
I say keep ur talon. Its paid off. Wait until you make alot of money to get a new car. Or be like me and get what you want even though ur broke. Then get lucky and meet a rich girl who buy's you everything
