Is all carbon fiber this fragile to the elements. Right on the front lip portion, the clear coat is peeling off. I just talked with some dumb lady at the body shop dept at delray mitsu. After spelling it out to her that she will not need my car for five days because you cannot sand and repaint carbon fiber, she finally started to listen. At first, she was talking to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. This should definitely be under warranty right?

I say take that wing off all together cuz it creates understeer anyway.

 

She nor Body shop are dumb.. Carbon Fiber can repair.. As long there no Crack.. just clear coat peeling.. it will sand to feather edge then put clear coat on it.. if crack it can repair with Fiberglass. but it will visual the Crack with patch.. so Paint over it..

hee sorry for English flame.. Im still learning how write english.. Im deaf and my American sign language is first language then 2nd is english.. so i know how english write but forget to add. (the, an, a, to, verb or noun stuff)

check to make sure that the antenna isn't hitting your wing. the stock antenna will hit the wing if you fly it open! this will cause the clear to peel. i switched to a shorter antenna.

 

Actually i had the same problem...my wing should be here ina week, thye replaced under warranty

over paint over it=re clear coat it!
