UR high flow CAT

Anyone with a Ultimate Racing 3" HF CAT:

I just installed a Espelir 3" DP and the UR HFC to Espelir Cat-Back which I had on for a year now. Anyway after finishing I started the car up and checked for leaks around the inlet and outlet connection of the CAT, none was noticed/seen. But I notice a high pitch/raspy sound, guessing from the CAT. Does anyone else notice this or any weird sound?
The car runs great but just curious of what that sound may be and if anyone else noticed it?

Thanks

I had a problem with the cat rattling against the heat shield under the car. It didn't do it at idle, but while revving the engine or driving along it would make a very annoying sound. That could be your problem.

Thanks. I'll check it again for any leaks, but when I did the lighter test it didn't seem to leaking.

Yeah, check for the leak or broken internal.
I've been using UR 3" HFC for about 3-4 months, no CEl, not a single problem
Very good stuff!

That sound could very well be an exhaust leak... make sure nothing is leaking... turn the car on, and get under it, and see if you can hear any direct leaks...

Dp

Haven't checked it yet, will do it today., but does anyone know if the stock O ring for the DP works or seals properly on a 3" aftermarket DP?
