A couple of people with V8 cars have been talking a lot of trash about the Evo. One guy with an Impala SS and another guy with a 04 monte carlo are both eager to smoke my car at the local 1/8 mile track. Both cars are stock while my car has 320WHP. How do you think I'll do against these guys?

Well, these guys, like a lot of people out there haven't even heard of an Evo 8. At first the guy thought it was a Honda. Well, they both want to race for a hundred each.

Hahaha even if they had them tricked out, the Evo is AWD and OWNZ the first 1/8 mile of the track with a good launch. Go practice launching & then hope you have enough clutch left to rip them a new one.

 

Stock they've got no chance. Don't be suprised if they're lying though.

The Monte Carlo is V6 btw. You didn't mention racing the Monte, but you said "A couple of V8 cars...."

Just FYI, you'll destroy both of those cars stock for stock, and your 320awhp is a mid 12 second car.
