Evo 7 Tail & APS 3.5" TBE Pics...

Hey everyone,

I just decided to snap a few shots of my car after a wash / quick detail job today. These are the first pics I have been able to take since I put the Evo 7 tails on. I don't exactly hate the Evo 8 tails, but I just like the looks of the 7 tails so much more. Anyhow, enough about my opinons... Here are some pics:

Sideshot where you get a view of the tails:

View from the rear:

Side/front shot:

Exhaust shot:

Another pic of the APS 3.5" TBE Exhaust - you can see all the way to the downpipe in this picture:

Okay, I think that about does it for now... So far I am VERY happy with the exhaust and (obviously) the tails . I can't wait to continue the mod path with this car!

Yeah for sure - very nice power gain even w/ everything else left stock (for now...). The sound is not terribly loud, but I would not call it quiet either. Takes some getting used to, but I like the sound for the most part.

APS stuff is not cheap - it was $1295, but it was well worth it. The fit is *perfect* and it performs very well too.

Yeah it ain't cheap but I kind of look at it with that "you get what you pay for" attitude heheh.

Thanks for the comments btw... Yeah, the Evo 7 tails came out looking even nicer than I thought they would. Right after I made the purchase online I thought it may end up being a mistake, but when they arrived and I threw them on, I was very happy with the results

Unless you dyno'd them each 4-5 times on the same day on the same dyno and averaged the results, I don't see 3whp as being significant enough to claim one better than the other. Plus, the Greedy TI cat-back is ridiculously expensive and doesn't provide anymore hp than a stainless steel cat-back, so the comparison doesn't really help much anyway...

is 3.5 from the turbo back? downpipe too? or just cat-back?
3.5 on downpipe would have fitting issue?

It's a 3.5" DP (with no tapering, as far as I understand it).....they provide a boat-load of spacers to ensure it fits.

You guys need to put in mind that its a turbo back not a cat-back, and its nothing but quality. $1295 is worth it in my book.
