May I ask what your oil temp averaged? And how did you prep the car?

Thanks

If you're gonna do a race like that again, you may also want to seriously think about getting a rear undertray. The stock rear bumper generates a lot of drag and acts almost like a parachute at high speeds.

I don't have a factory alignment. I recently installed coilovers and am running -2 and -1 camber F/R with factory toe settings.

I used almost half a tank on each 50 mile leg. I was watching that gas guage fall like a rock. I was worried that I wouldn't make it.

Oil temp was fine. Much lower than at the track. I don't remember the temps on the guage but it was about halfway versus at the track where it goes above halfway.

The only other prep was topping off the oil, putting on the bra, and making sure the tires had no nails or damage at all. Metal valve caps with o-ring seals are required so the valves don't release air from the high centrifugal force. Metal valve stems are recommended but I didn't have time to do that.

120 class also requires a fire extinguisher mounted safely with tape over the release and 5 or 6 point harnesses (3" competition) that are correctly mounted. There can be nothing loose in the car. Firemen crack your harnesses down so tight in the staging area that you can barely breathe too.
