Quote: If you watch the begining carefully, I am now doing AWD burn outs but this time the car stared to slide to the side so I got off it quickly !

With the GT35R there should be no bog in 1st only tire spinning even when 100% dry which is what you want

Make sure your revs are up to about 7,000 when you let teh clutch out and you should hit at least 30 psi in 1st

Cool, I was trying to launch at 6000 and it wasn't working worth a crap, that is why I asked about the water box. I am not sure what boost I will be running on the stock long block, pretty much what ever Dave Buschur thinks I can run on the alcohol injection. I will not be trying for 600+ WHP on the stock block, so I will not be running race gas at this time. What boost (and WHP level) do you think I can run on a day to day, daily driven basis? I am not talking about what I can get away with for a glory shot dyno run here. Setup is Buschur stage 4 with 272 HKS cams, AEM EMS, Magnus sheet metal intake manifold, Buschur GT35R, and the Buschur alcohol injection system.

Thanks,

Keith

If it were myh personal engine I would stay under 450 whp untill you change the pistons and rods. Its so easy to swap those out I think you should just do it before one of your pistons cracks in half.

We went to the NOPI race in St. Louis. HOly crap was it hot!! Over 100deg and swamp like humidity, it was ridiculous. I had some minor issues with the car and the best pass was a 10.2 at 142mph on boost. I was hoping for 145mph traps on boost but the weather conditions just sucked.
