I am not one to try to ruin a company's name but after all the **** that they have put me through, i have to speak up. I ordered hks 272 cams from them in may 2005, I ordered from them because they told me that they had them in stock and ready to ship to me. They said i would have the cams within a week at tops and gave me a tracking #. After tracking the package for 3 weeks, i called jdm spec up again and asked them what was going on and they said they have no idea, its ups's fault. So i trusted their word and waited another week or so, finally i got my package that the tracking # matched and opened the box to find an intake system! I immediatly called JDM SPEC and asked them what happened and they still decided to put the blame on UPS even when they gave me the tracking #. The had a UPS guy come the very next day to pick up the intake system but still no sign of my cams. I called JDM SPEC once again, and even though i was very pissed i still tried to remain professional, they told me that they were very sorry and they would overnight the cams at their cost. Well a week and a 1/2 later i finally recieved the cams! Finally i thought all the crap i took from this company would be over, but when i took my car to the shop to get the cams installed, to my surprise and the shops surprise.... the exhaust cam was a NEW HKS 272 cam (what i ordered) but the intake cam was a used stock evo 8 camshaft!!!! I talked to them and they said they will refund me my money for the intake camshaft once i send it back to them. I checked their website and their phone # is missing from it, so what i am asking is if anyone knows the phone # to JDM SPEC and their address PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I will try to get all of this resolved with the company.......................hopefully

thanks, i tried to pm him right now........hopefully he will respond to this since i faxed him yesterday and have no response and the # for jdmspec isnt on their website anymore.
