Njtp Sucks!!!

On my way to the office this morning I hit a truck tire AGAIN on the NJ turnpike between exit 7A & 8. It's the second time this happened to me in 6 months on the same stretch of road . The first time I got the insurance involved but I don't think I'm going that route again, its too time consuming and only hurts my driving record.

Does anyone know a cheap place to get a WW evo bumper, fender, lower spoiler & oil cooler?

Getting a bumper and lip is near impossible. I ran over a dead deer on the Parkway here in NJ and ruined my lip, and undertrays and FMIC. Luckily after 2 weeks I finally found a member who was selling his stock lip. The dealer is backed up for 2-3 weeks on lips/bumpers, I called 10 diff places, same answer. Find a used bumper online and oil cooler, and search for a lip. GL!

Same story here in GA. truck tires just scattered all over the road.

it's like a mini auto-x.

of course those SUV's run it over and kick it in my windshield...hate SUV's...

On the way home from waterfest my friend ran over a big *** tire in his audi A8l. The turnpike is horrible about debris.

I hit one that I was avoiding until the idiot in front of me hit it and kicked it up, he almost aimed at it. Took out the front grill and dented the hood, clear bra protected the paint. Changed my driving style a little bit, I don't follow anyone closely and try to have a good stretch of road in front of me when possible.

Need to find a paintless dent removal in north NJ, anybody know of one?

Boy I was missing Jersey until I read this thread. The Turnpike is like a scrap yard and it does small like A** especially near Newark Airport (all those chemical factories).

Maybe BFE, PA isn't so bad afterall?
