From now until August 1, 2005, Mitsubishi is offering 0.0% for 60 months on many new 2005 models, including the sporty Eclipse and Eclipse Spyder, the stylish Endeavor (both 2WD and 4WD), the roomy Galant, Lancer, Outlander (2WD and 4WD) and the rugged Montero 1.

and no mention of the evo , just base lancer

this sales event sounds like its targeting all other models except their money maker the evo

It doesn't say anything about the Lancer Evolution, just the regular Lancer. Reread what it says.

You have to remember too that deals like these, you have to have good credit rating.

That is NOT the source of my info. It was just a place to semi-verify it to the non-believers.

Trust me, it's real.

Where is your source then? The Mitsubishi website doesn't confirm what you are saying so where did you hear this info?

I thought tier 1 was 730 and higher. Also, the owner of HB Mitsubishi also said this is true over on SoCalEvo.net. I wonder if some of the doubters also trash the WR turbo too. Probably

yes it is true, I just check mitsubishi dealer link. Offer 0% up to 60 months, and 2.90 for up to 72 months on tier 1.(which is 730 or greater). And they (mits) are also offering 0% in the tier 2 level.
