I wouldn't worry about the numbers too much on a dynapack. Just know that those are very accurate numbers and represent real street loading conditions. You're afr seem a bit richer than 03 evos for sure since they usually run lean and don't hit 11.5 till 5k or so. You probably have that dip since it went too rich. Nothing a safc couldn't handle. I wouldn't worry about washing out the oil off the cylinder walls. I'm pretty sure mitsu already covered that. The only thing you'd have to worry about is a black rear bumper.

hey, i had my car dynoed on a dynapack also, i have a 03 evo.. and i only pulled 209awhp... my psi peak was only 17.3 pSI so i know i have a boost leak, where i have no clue...

i think the dynapack kinda sucks.. my opinion but id feel better dynoing on a Dynojet or another rolling dyno, one thats used by most tuning shops... I saw a SRT-4 with some pretty light bolt on mods pull 271FWHP on a Dynapack, so i have a feeling the numbers on dynapack are skewed. ill put the dynosheets up in a little bit, but what im confused about is, my hp was only 209aWHP, BUT i hit 238AWTQ... Why would i lose hp but not torque... doesnt make sense...

It might seem alittle low for a 05. I dynoed 218whp/244lbs at Agile with my old bone stock 03.

Havent had my MR dynoed but your graph looks exactly how my car reacts. Comes on very strong around 4k and spikes to 1.5+bar, then drops to about 1.25-1.3 bar by around 5.5k. Picks up a bit around 6 and smooths out.

Your results indicate a 17-18% drivetrain loss which would be great in an AWD car (probably not to accurate though). My car seems to be doing exactly what yours is showing on the graph so its not just you.

There was deffinatly an event shortly after 5000rpm. The ECU pulls timing and dumps fuel to protect to motor as indicated by the sudden richness. This could be due to many things, bad fuel, too much boost, etc. Heat will also play a role in this. If the intercooler was heat soaked with the boost you are levels you are running, it could exhibit this problem.

If your MR is completely stock, I would suggest taking it to them and show them the dyno run.

Cant imagine the heat is causing the results as I'm in AZ and it hasnt been below 105 since we got the car. Still reacting the same so I suspect its just how the cars are coming from the factory.

You probably don't notice it if your temps never drop. I can tell a big difference from night and day here. 80-90 during the day and 65-70 at night.

I notice a huge difference (in my Mustang) in the winter where the evening temps drop 30 to 40 degrees but the point I was trying to make was that I didnt think it was a heat issue because the results are similar to mine and another users.
