Pulling timing? Fuel cut?

Before I get into it my mods are a tbe, mbc, aps valve, and tuned on afc2. Had the afc with no problems for about 3 months, today i had it tweaked to help with drivability a little more. I drove home with the ac on, floored it a couple times and everything was fine( around 2 pm in about 100 degree weather). Around 10 pm i take it back out ( about 80 degrees now). Let it warm up a tad, and took it out. I didnt rip on it right away, but when i did I was in 4th gear starting off at about 3k rpms, floored it and a little later I feel power slightly drop off( to the best of my memory), and boom car just jolts fot a sec. and loses power until i let go of the gas. Ive had this feeling before twice, once was boost cut, but i didnt have a drop off in power right before it happened, and ive had the boost the same for about 3 months with no problem so i dont think that was it ( i wasnt watching the boost gauge so i dont know if it was boost cut or not), and the other was when my intercooler pipe popped off but then again i didnt lose power and the car stalled when it popped off.

Would not having ok settings on the afc2 cause this? What exactly did it do, pull timing and cut the fuel? thanks for any input, i want to get some ideas tonight before I let the pro's take a look at it.

Did it again on the way home from work, but this time, when i would get into boost it sounded like the turbo mounted next to my steering wheel. Once I got home I saw that a hose clamp came off my uicp connecting to the intercooler. Before when this happened the car would just stall, but thats because it completely came off, this time its still connected but no clamp, im guessing the hoses expand and since the clamp came off they just leak out....??? anyone..?
