You can get vaccum caps at your local auto store.

Since my Hallman came with 2 caps, and I needed 3, I just used one of the caps on the MAF pipe nipple, then I took a small piece of vaccuum hosing about 3-4" long and capped off both BCS nipples by attaching both ends of the small piece of hose. It ends up making a semi-circle where the 2 nipples are basically connected to each other. This is a very simple thing to do if you don't have 3 caps. If you have 0 caps, then you can take another small piece of vaccuum hosing and seal off one end with a screw, nail, or bit of some sort. Stuff whatever you use into one end and either clamp it down or use a zip tie to hold it in place. Then, place the other end of the small vacuum hose onto the MAF pipe nipple.

with this being said.... Ive had my blitz sbc type s (solenoid boost controler) for over a year now and i have the factory solenoid just bolted up and pluged in... with NO hose... and NO ses.... so why is it necessary to plug it off... whats up.... it boosts just fine... no taper or nothing... but when i turn it off the turbo runs off the actuator 10-12psi

That's odd my blitz set off the code right away, then I realized I should just loop a vacuum line on the solenoid.

A small screw in the end of the hose works great. A little ghetto but mine aren't visible.
