My light keeps coming on...the person i bought the evo from says that i need to get something with the spark plugs fixed or something? i was thinking about replacing it myself but he said that it would void warranty? would mitsubishi give me **** about my car? its complete stock besides a boost guage and turbo timer
will mitsubishi charge me an *** load? iv never taken a car in for warranty work before so wats the process? any help is very appreciated

You should be able to call your local Mitsu dealer and just give them the VIN and tell them the car has a CEL (check engine light) and they should take care of it...period.
You also have the option of going to an auto parts store (AutoZone, Advanced, etc) and ask them to pull your code for you. They will hook a little doo-dad up to the connector under the dash on the driver's side and print out the code and tell you what it means. You can then pass this info along to the dealer or hold that card close to your chest to see if they try to feed you some crap about what the code was :-)
