well make my story short my bro just got in an accident last night, the car a 97 integra will be totalled by the insurance. I was planning to purchase a 06 evo and gave him my 05 now my mom is asking me to buy another car quick. the 9 wont be release until oct or nov should i rent a car until then or take the current 0 percent apr and invoice sale to get another 05.

 

Glad ur borther is fine...I was waiting for the 9, but decided to take advantage of the 0% rate. Just one question..is the 05 on ur name or your parents name?
I don't believe you could just pass down and car without any insurance issues.

 

I would spend a few thousand dollars on a used Honda and resell it when the IX comes out. You should be able to sell the Honda for close to what you pay for it and you will save enough money NOT renting to do a few mods to the new car.

Get something for the meantime. You only have to wait a little while and I'm sure you would be disappointed when the 9 comes out.

heres my take. he got in the accident his fault or not you didnt say. luckily hes alright. but he got in an acident so why should you have to give up your evo for him? makke him get a beater until the 9 comes out then give him your 05 and he can sell the beater. this way you get a new evo when it comes out and you dont have to suffer in the meantime. just a thought

its my name and my mom's name also our insurance is family package we can drive any car within the family

 

well its not his fault some dude ran the light and smashed him at the rear qrt panel
i promised him i will gave him the 05 when the 9 comes out now it just a bit sooner and he will be paying half of the 9's montly paymeny thats our agreement for him to get my fully paid 05 but the 0 percent apr is really tempting pluse the invoice

 

so what are you going to do ?
can you find the 05 that you want?

 

i say wait for the 9, i mean i love my 05 to death, but if you have one already no sense in getting another one.

 

8-9.. there really the same car.. id go for zero %.. a new front end and a mivec not worth the money you would save..

 

yeah i hear you thats why i'm struggle between the 8 and 9 now

i dont care that much about the front end and mivec but i wonder what type of turbo the 9. Thax for the advice i'm gonna check my local delaer on friday who knows what will happen if they gave me a deal in the 20's plus 0 percent i'll take another 8.

any suggestion in color my current one is white which one would look best next to a white evo?
