Ok i have a bushur exhaust system and i love it! but the rest of the world seems not to especially the local law enforcement! any recommendations on quietening the system down? alternative muffler perhaps?

 

which setup do you have
like the loud one like track one or which

 

you mean TOO loud?

do you have the magnaflow muffler or the other muffler?

 

Do you have a downpipe? cat-delete test pipe or Hi-flow cat? Magnaflow or BR muffler?

 

You need to be a litttle more specific on the exhaust setup your running.

 

lol stop complaining and suck it up! haha on a serious note, yes please be more specific...i believe my exhaust setup is probably one of the loudest....helix 3 in dp, helix 3in test pipe, and greddy Ti catback.

Without the cat it's going to be loud. Definately try a hi-flow cat. I'm looking into one myself.

any recommendations on the hiflow? will it need re-tuning or just put it in and away i go? i would have thought the change in back pressure would affect the setup?

 

does anyone have a link so souns clips of exhaus setups. and not ones were they rev at a stop i want one where they have some build up of back pressure for the motor to move other whise they all sound dam same

 

Im working on having a muffled test pipe made to quiet down my Megan system. It's going to use a 3" Dynomax Bullet muffler and will be flanged to bolt in place of the test pipe. Im not expecting a drastic difference but it will hopefully kill the drone without sacrificing flow.

 

haha my friend has the helix 3 inch exhuast with deleted cat and his car is very loud when he gets on it. I think it sounds very nice.
