I got mines for 34,200 after tax tag title

 

05 w/ssl 34k OTD in lancaster PA back in november

 

i paid 35,100 but then they added a friggn $1000, because i took the 0% finance so tit was 36,100 out the door. is that a fair price with the ssl package?

 

Thats the best deal I have seen......Employee price must be nice.

I already have an 03 but was negociating for an 05 last week. The best I could get $30800 but I had to sell my 03 outright and bring in cash.

I would guess $30k is about right for a guy who has ruthless negociating skills.

This is for a black 05 SSL.......which by the way is worth every penny......

My 03 has HID's and Moon Roof........I wouldn't give them up for the world.....absolutely love both.....and at least weekly I wish I had a tad better sound system.

Sounds more like what I want to pay for the car. I guess I will have to do some dealer to dealer shopping to get closer to that price. Where are you located btw?

Also I have not been on this forum very long but what is WW and GSR stand for?

"WW" is Wicked White, which a color for the EVO

GSR, Im not sure.. someone else will have to answer that!

 

WW is weightless white and Gsr is just the evo 8 . Basically any evo 8 that is not an MR or an Rs is a GSR.

I thought I GOT A DEAL: $32k for Tarmac Black with SSL, before TTL. Yeah the moon roof adds like 20lbs, the subwoofer another 15lbs, but 35lbs shouldn't make THAT big of a difference, I think. . . .??!!! I guess it's where the weight is at, the SSL probably won't handle AS well as an MR with an aluminum roof. . . I heard the Aluminum roof is carrying over to all Evo 9's. . .

 

Unless you are a professional racer you wont notice the difference between a GSR with SSL and one without.

This 0% is really only a clearance sale on 05's. The EVO 9 will be out soon and the EVO 10 will be shown in OCT at the Tokyo auto show.

 

paid $33,300 OTD for 05 w/ SSL....traded my 03 bluebyu w/ 26,300 miles on it for my my new electric blue 05...the dealer gave me a little over 22,000 for my 03 and I only had 17,000 left to pay on it....I qualified for the 0% apr and there was only a 7 dollar differece from my monthly payment for my 03 so I had to do it...Overall I am very pleased w/ the 05....I think its a great improvement over the 03....

 

Is the improvement worth the > $11,000 trade difference over the 03?

 

WW GSR = wicked white w/ SS&L (sound, sun & lether), basically fully loaded.

I hope you have better luck with the dealers in PA then I did, I wound up buying my EVO in MA while I was working up there but I got a good deal. 30,148 OTD (including tax, tags, ect..), I actually wound up paying less then that because when I registered in PA they declaired the value @ 20k instead of 30k so I saved 6% of 10k on taxes!

But anyway if you wait until the end of the month and go in there with 30k I can't see them telling you no, 30k OTD is a great price. Good Luck!
