Tuned?

My brother has an Sti he got it tuned at San Jose ,Cali. It's really fast now wow I guess he got a Reflash? Ecutek he says but what ever it is it made a really huge diffrents. He's just running almost stock TBE, intake, and a boost gauges though he's just running it on stock boost. He got it street tuned and others are telling him to get it dyno tuned. Why ? what's the diffrents i figure your on the road tunning is better than a Dyno right? or is he not gaining as much as he should on a Dyno? He ask me could he possible get more out of it?

Street tuning is better if it's done right. Look at the big STI tuners like Rallyspec, they only street tune.
