Problem with o2 sim and SES light, help?

Ok,

I have had an o2 sim on my car with no problems for about a year. I recently took my car to the dealership to get the 30k service done and replace clutch and flywheel. Wheni got the car back, everything was good, until like a day or two later, my SES light came on. Also, i noticed that my car was idling funny, but i contributed it to the hot weather and my cams. Got the code pulled and it is p0420 - Insufficient catalyst - beyond threshold. I know that this is because of my high flow cat, but that o2 sim was supposed to take care of it, like it has been. took it back to dealer, told them about the o2 sim, the tech remembers it and said it fell out and he put it back the best way he knew, whatever. So i told them to fix it. Finally, i get the car back and the light was off. Great, but then 2 or 3 days later, it comes back on! I said screw it, so it stayed on for a day or two and then it shuts off? WTh! So, i have ordered the helix mechanical cel fix. Questions, can i leave the o2 sim that i have in there now on? Has anyone else had this problem?

Jeff

Spark plug anti-foulers. There is a how-to available.
