i had 30 something i think. but as it turns out my father went and test drove it before i had a chance to go pick it up since i was out of state. not only did he put about 15 miles on it he also scared the sh*t out of the salesmen with his driving. come to think of it i hope mitsu doesnt void my warranty for my dad's antics, but hey i didnt own the car yet so it was just another test drive.
I guess so much for the break-in for my car. I am just hoping that it wasn't redlined for must of that 14 miles on the clock.
The sales manager did mention that is was moved around a lot outside, before they stuck it in the showroom to avoid crappy weather. I was assuming that 7 miles is about average for a new car coming off the truck. I guess I have to have faith that Mit breaks the motors in a little at the factory and the 500 miles intial break- in is mainly for brakes and clutch.

79 on my MR...must have been at the delarship for a while. Funny thing was, they were gonna sell me a GG one w/ 50 miles on it. When it finally arrived from another dealership they traded it from it had 400 miles on it!!! Apparently the other dealership read the trip odometer instead of the actual odometer. What a bunch of tools
