Just wanted to say hi! Ya'll will be seeing me alot around here. Picked up a 05 tarmac black evo last night .. one of the last few evos left(in md atleast) and i cant wait to start modding it.. My last car was a 03" 20th ae gti with a gt2871r turbo upgrade with everything that goes along with it . That car had big traction problems with the bt upgrade.. so now that i have a real car with some grip its time to have some real fun!!

I also went from a VW to an EVO this week. Totally different ballgame, but it's been a blast so far.

Did my first mod yesterday...I got tint. It showed a 20hp gain on the dyno. :-)

WHAT!!!!????? Mine only showed 12 AWHP gain, I guess it depends on the dyno!

You're so lucky! If I knew there was that big a difference in performance gains I would have ponied up for the good stuff.

 

lol ... looks like tint will be my first mod .. btw whats the difference between a GSR and non GSR? i know i dont have a rs, and i dont have the ssl package.. so what makes it a gsr?
