Warranty issues? .... for new owners.

This question is for those who have taken delivery on their EVO's. Was the warranty reviewed and if so where there any items that seemed excessive?, odd?, dumb?, intrusive? cool? Is it OK? What terms where offered? cost?

Thanks in advance

Pitpass is pretty simple. There's a video that we're making future owners watch, and some funny little quiz that goes along with it. Honestly, you're pretty dumb not to take the pitpass. It'll help 10000% in any warranty claims, plus it's cheaper to do it that way than to pay for your oil changes yourself.

"WE"? Are you part of the sales team making future owners watch? (not giving you any sh.. really, just wanting to know) Sounds like "you're in"!! Sounds too like the pitpass thing is worth doing in your opinion, eh?

Congrats on your new ride. It's good to see you typing ear-to-ear

I'll gladly get you into an Evo...

Yes, I believe the Pitpass is a worthwhile investment.

I would probably do the PitPass, however I'm not keeping it in the states for the first 1.5 years of owning it. So, it doesn't do me a whole lot of good. Too bad too since I think it would be convenient.

Hi Fireball and congrats!

Did you run out of gas? LOL. That is why you had time to answer my question.

I am planning to buy the pit pass and let me re-state my question. Is there a written warranty? What does it say? Not verbatum but is it a standard Mits warranty?

Thanks again..

Yes there is a warranty - it's pretty much the same warranty as on EVERY other Mitsubishi

I purchased a wrap on the warrenty for an extra 20 a month It covers bumper to bumper for the entire warrenty period. I just can't imagine replacing somthing on this car. It would be hella expensive.
