You wouldnt think so... but 400whp/420tq+ on a STOCK TURBO'd car is amazingly fast. The powerband is awesome.

Compared to say a GT3076 on pump gas making 400whp... the stock turbod 400whp car would obliterate it in a race, especially from a roll-on. Instant torque!
