I just recently purchased an 05 Tarmac EVO, and just recently i noticed this light whizzing / or buzzing sound, it's sort of like a battery powered RC car. Like some motor somewhere is whirlling up. I only realy notice it in the first 2 gears. Is this normal?

 

Yes. It is the turbo spooling up. Sounds like a jet engine.
