Your sig mph indicates closer to 350whp.
These figures are in reference to standard Dynojet figures only...

113.X is the fastest Ive seen from stock cams/turbo Except 1 guy on here has ran 117 with stock cams+cam gears so it looks like in the Dynojet awhp world 340-360 would be close to the max
[QUOTE=Warrtalon]Just make sure you replace the throttle body (????) with an MBC and boost gauge. Also, don't get a downpipe without a cat replacement. For the power you want, ensure that it's a test pipe, otherwise don't count on it.
Do you not want us to answer the topic of this thread? Your text section doesn't match the topic question, so I was going to touch on that next. Do you want to know what the max HP is that can be made on the stock turbo without cams? Does that include any type of gas (e.g. C16), or just pump gas (91 or 93)? Also, if it's just pump gas, then is alky injection ok? What about FMIC, IC piping, tubular manifold, ported o2 housing, and a lightweight battery?
All of the above actually...Ok let me be more specific. Race gas and Alcohol injection are out. 91 octane is it. No headers, although I would consider a ported exhaust manifold. Question though, why do you say not to do a downpipe with the stock cat, is it just a waste?
I don't want a manual boost gauge, just the mr diverter will be ok with me (stealth is very important to me) a flash is also my choice because I do not want to fool around with user adjustable parameters (call me boring). The throttle body is undersized for the stock intake size so this makes sense to me. If I don't have to change the downpipe that's just fine with me. I really want smooth power delivery and around 320h.p.
I appreciate the many and varied suggestions, Thanks Guys!!

Again, are you still talking about 320 CRANK hp? If so, you dont have to do jack except get a flash. 320 is an arbitrary number that can't be directly measured without removing the engine and that depends on the type of dyno we use as a reference, so we'll use 20% drivetrain loss as a standard. 80% of 320 = 256whp, which is not much more than stock for 93oct, so you can hit that with just a flash on 91oct. You're all done...
Yes, a downpipe is a waste if you retain the stock cat. Don't spend the money on that for only a few whp (as tested by Buschur himself). You don't want a manual boost gauge? Haha. Do you mean you don't want a manual boost controller? Ok, then get a boost-controlling flash. This will give you even more than 320 crank hp when combined with the flash itself and the cat-back. Also, since you're not doing the cat and dp, then don't mess with the manifold either.
In summary:
1) An 05 on 91oct with just a flash = 320bhp.
2) With the addition of a cat-back and boost-control within the flash = 350bhp and more power under the curve due to less boost taper.
