I hate to have to resort to a thread to contact him but the last time he answered the phone was 2 weeks ago. I have called everyday since then and left a message everyday since then with no call back. I have also tried to contact him via email with no response. I know he is a very reputable guy/shop but I need my head back and this is getting really old. If anyone has any information that may clear things up please post it. I do not want this to turn into a bashing thread or flamefest, I just want to know how to contact him or why he is unreachable right now.

I believe AMS uses FRH for all their head work. Try giving them a call tomorrow, they might be able to help.......

I actually called AMS today and I was told they no longer use FRH and the only numbers they have are the ones listed on their website. Thanks though...

I believe Shep used them and no longer does as well due to issues with getting things back in the time frame he was looking for.
