Mods have almost nothing to do with spark plug selection. FYI.

It is boost and load related. Indexing is more important than heat range IMO.

The BPR8es is a well rounded solution. 7es have a better idle in my experience.

0.026 is a great gap. .022 is too small for a Iridium plug DrMR. It is a waste of an expensive plug. You always want the largest gap able to be run. This is why upgrading to DIS-2 DLI or AEM CDI alows you to widen the gap for greater combustion.

 

I have similar mods and have success with NGK BR8EIX gapped to .022.

 

a good inexpensive plug is the ngk bpr7es. close the gap to 26-28 and you will be fine.

 

you have pretty much the same mods as me and I am running the bpr7es..have worked fine for about 2000 miles..you just need to change them more frequently

 

o and I have them gapped to about .23 if I remember correctly
