Timing Advance guidelines?

Timing Advance guidelines?
What is the recommended lower, mid and upper limit (3500, 5500, 7500 RPMs) on timing advance on 91 and 100 octane?
I'm running the following timing, AFR and boost:
91 octane: 19 degrees BTDC at redline, ~11.3 AFR, ~21.5 psi max
100 octane: 24 degrees BTDC at redline, ~11.5 AFR, ~23.5 psi max
Can I go higher on TIMING?
Anyone have general TIMING guidelines for 3500, 5500, 7500 RPMs--91 and 100 oct?
TIA
