Kartboy shifter base bushings don't fit.
I installed the ones in the car and they didnt fit like everyone is saying so I just tightened them enough so the shift boot wont move does anyone see this as a problem in the long run or in the present time comming? BTW what is the point of the ones inside is it supposed to do anything with the shifting or just supposed to hold the booth in place. I still have not installed the ones in the engine. I will do those monday.

It wouldn't fit no matter how hard I tried to make it. Maybe the place I ordered from sent the wrong ones? Anyone else have fitment issues? help please.

I got a razor blade, and cut a little off the edge, hoping is would let the bushing slip into place. Still no luck. so I put the stockers back, and put the center console back together. It crossed my mind to just tighten and leave it, because it felt very sturdy when I did, but I'd like to see how many people have had this issue, and what they did.
