turbo xs bov problem please helppp me

turbo xs bov problem please helppp me

i have turbo xs bov h-sfl
i bought it from someone over forum, and they say it will hold up boost to 25psi
and he gave me some aluminum weld-on adapter, and he say i will need to put this thing on if i boost more than 25 psi.

but we don't know how to put that thing on, some one that have it please teach me how to put it on.

my car right now boost about 27 psi, that bov not hold the boost so well

i have 05 rs
it's has turbo back, hks suction kit, fuel pump, hks 272's, greddy 720cc, arp head stud, and got tune by TT.
Alfred at TT say i need to change my bov.
but i want to try to put that thing on first, incase it may help.

I was also thinking that. I would turn the boost down and you should be able to buy a bolt on flange for the turbo xs. I did have a turbo xs rfl on my car, but did not like it. The bov came with a flange and it just bolted on.

yes, my have bolt on too.
but the seller give me another weld-on to put it in.
before i have no problem at all because i boost only21psi
now after tune and high boost that bov seem to have problem

It might be the spring in the blow off valve. They are set to hold a certain pressure and if you go over that I think the valve is forced open and starts to leak boost. I am not totally sure about this though, but it is something that you might want to look into though.

i have the type h valve, put all of the washers in the valve that it came with i think there is 5 or 6 this makes the spring super stiff so it won't open premature. i boost 28psi with a turbo that flows 70lbs a minute & mine holds fine. if you keep having problems call turbo xs they will help you out . great customer service.

yes, i have one washer in my hand, but the thing is i have no manual and don't know how to put that thing in can u guy tell me how?
