hopefully you have a MBC and can turn it down a little bit. take some race gas or a 5 gallon drum of toluene just to be safe imo.

Dude don't drive your Evo to Mexico! The gas sucks and the roads are worse then the gas. Why not rent a car or borrow one.

yeah i have an electronic boost contoler, so im thinking of lowering the boost to around 14psi..

as for the toluene, im going to buy some every time i hit a large city because i know the smaller cities wont have any...

nah im not afraid to mess up the car thats why im getting insurance , so if something happends down there il be able to recover from whatever, i mean its only a car...

the owners manual states

"regular unleaded gasoline having an octane rating of 87 can be used temporarily as an emergency measure"

so i would never use the low octane

is this stuff really acurate?

i mean if this stuff is for reall i will shell out 200 bucks and buy 2 cases of 6 bottles..

that would actually work for me, because i would put 1/2 bottle every tank full and that would bump my octane to atleast 93-94...

but i mean has this stuff been proven, i know torco is a reputable brand but is this stuff for reals? thats a high jump out of a little bottle...
