I was just wondering, how much of a shot could a stock evo take?

 

i had a friend who was running a wet 75 shot on his evo with test pipe and boost controller. car did fine and the cars seem to respond well to it. : )

also one who ran a 100 shot but i would not recommend that much. personally i would get a wideband and do a 50 at the most unless you have some way to adjust timing. good luck.

 

I have not done a search on this but it seems that alchohol injection is more widely used and better in the 4g63 application... I dont' know why you are asking but it may be worth looking into further

 

I use the Ntercooler kit to freeze my air, but I think I am going to go the methanol route for my chemical enhancement.

 

Nitrous and Methanol are on entirely different levels.

Nitrous provides more oxygen and will make the car knock if you shoot enough.


Methanol retards detonation and basically does the exact opposite.
