There are at least THREE bolt-on aftermarket oil cooler upgrade kits for the Evo:
1. HKS
2. Greddy/Trust
3. ARC <--- mucho money!!!

Search for Setrab ... they make all kinds of different size oil coolers. I will probably get one next year, but not sure on which size yet. Just depends on how crazy you want to get ...
