Unhappy metal 2 metal

it's bothering me that it only happens once in a while. while i'm braking i hear a metal scraping or grinding another metal around the front of the car. i really don't know what it is if it's the brake or the clutch or what ever. i checked if something is rubing around the front left wheels but i dont see anything wrong, i also checked the brakes but it was fine. not only if i brake but also when i'm cruisin 5 to 3 mph or parking. it only happens once in a while though hope that someone in here actually had that problem and pls. let me know

I had a rock get in between my brake air guide or protector, and this would happen. I just sprayed it out with a power sprayer.

Well you do live in Fl. according to your sig, its pretty humid there, if your car sits a day or two without use surface rusts easily forms on the rotors, and i know in the summer it rains every day between 12pm and 2 pm for a few minutes, the rust goes away as soon as you step on the brake, but you may hear a bit of noise until it is worn off.

I went back to the services and guess what... they told me its normal but they couldnt give me a reason why its normal .......... WTF ??? ok I am going back to them again tomorrow so wish me luck .. or at least find out whats the reason ..............................

this is really uncool when you are about to stop at the traffic light while everybody has their eyes on you and your brake is yelling out loud .........................

Make sure you check the inside pads, which you have to take the wheel off for. For me they wear alot quicker than the outer. That's what it seems like your problem could be or something like a rock or something stuck where it ought not be.
