I don't think that's scam, look at the seller feedback and rating. The seller is selling it as wholesale price, that's why it's cheap.

It is probably not a scam because the seller actually has a ebay store. this means he is in the business of selling online and wouldn't sell you crap or screw you because he wouldn't want negative feedback

Some advice. You will not like the three puck. That's why almost no one sells these anymore. I agree with going with the ACT or Exedy. Single full disc or a twin.
