I called my credit card company. looks like I can get some money back from paypal(I used some credit from paypal + my credit card).
This freaking loser shouldn't get away with like this. paypal really blows. How can they protect the theif like this?

Ive had problems on Ebay before and I phoned the seller's mother and explained that I would be laying a complaint with their local police station if the goods were not shipped.

The goods shipped the next day with a tracking number.

Keep the cams and the package they came in - you will need em.
