yup, thats what it was. it has a nice quiet woosh sound now in between shifts. idle is completely smooth now. power even feels a little better. i think because the blitz bov was only good for 18 psi and the jdm mr dv is 22 psi. best thing i could of done. thanks to all fellow evo owners for the advice.
