urgent

can someone please tell me how to take off the exhaust from the rubber hangers at the back towards the muffler cuz i cant get them off for the life of me. thank you

If you unbolt the rubber hangers from the frame it makes it easier. Just take off the exhaust with the hangers still attached, then twist and pull until they come free. Attatch them to the new exhaust and rebolt the hangers when you install the new exhaust.

haha, i had the same issue and in the end i was able to muscle it out. Friend of mine suggested using lots of WD-40 to help things along but I was too lazy to drive to Pepboys/Autozone.
So I guess, you could use something to "oil" things up and make it slip out rather than being rubbery and sticky.

take a screwdriver and push it through between the hanger and rubber.. and then pry it off..

and is it best to unhook everything first and have it hangin by the rubber hangers?

what i did was i got pissed off and i cut it and bought kartboy hangers. I swear I couldnt get them off my car. My friends car just slided off with vegi oil because we didnt have wd40
